I’m Sana Patel, founder of Sana Patel Real Estate and a Melbourne property manager with a decade of hands-on experience.

I created my agency to give rental providers direct access to an experienced property manager who knows their property, communicates clearly and stays involved when something needs attention.
My experience spans renter selection, routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, compliance and complex tenancy matters.
But property management is not simply about completing tasks.
It is about noticing the details, following matters through and giving rental providers confidence that someone is taking responsibility for the management of their property.
My name is on the business, so I remain personally involved in overseeing the management of your property and take pride in the standard of service my agency provides.

My career in property management began in reception and customer service, giving me the opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up.
Over the years, that experience showed me how important it is for a property manager to stay close to the detail, communicate early and maintain clear responsibility for follow-up.
That experience shaped the hands-on, accountable approach I bring to property management today.
Sana Patel Real Estate was created around direct communication, personal accountability and hands-on property management.
