As a renter who’s moved five times and dealt with five different major real estate agencies, I can confidently say she’s in a league of her own. And it’s not just her incredible responsiveness — she genuinely cares about both landlords and tenants, which is surprisingly rare in this industry. Her property condition report was by far the most thorough and professional I’ve ever seen. Honest, transparent, and meticulously detailed, covering literally every corner of the house. She also made sure waterproofing work was completed and a brand-new shower was installed before handing over the keys, so the property was genuinely ready for us to move into. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing things properly.
